Manage your Razzolink Internet Service account

In our continued effort to improve the level of service to each and every one of our valued customers, Razzolink provides a personal Customer Portal for accessing and maintaining your Razzolink account. All Razzolink customers receive an email containing login and password information in order tp gain portal access. Note: Once you access the customer portal login page, you will prompted to change your password for security purposes.

Using the Customer Portal you can:

  • Make payments to your account
  • Change billing/personal information
  • Change password
  • Check your account status (invoice and payment transactions)
  • Perform a speed test
  • Open a support ticket

Edit Email Preferences (after login use Edit Email Preferences link)

  • Add new or change email address
  • Forward email to another address
  • Change Internet username or password
  • Review your diskspace usage
